Yes. Standard and Premium plans are billed every 4 weeks and automatically renew unless canceled.
Yes. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Service continues through the end of your current billing cycle.
Each plan includes one pickup per week. Unused pickups do not roll over.
If laundry isn’t available at the scheduled time, the pickup is forfeited. Same-week reschedules may be available for a $15 fee, subject to availability.
Overage is billed per pound at pickup to the card on file.
Yes. Subscription plans qualify for a first-week satisfaction refund if canceled before the second pickup. After that, refunds are not available.
Yes. Bedding, comforters, delicates, and other specialty items are available at an additional cost.
We offer mainstream and hypoallergenic/scent free options. You can also add notes for special care.
